Marè Guesthouse stands in the evocative setting of Conero Park. It is a recently built structure that offers a magnificent view on the Riviera.
Marè is a comfortable, elegant and unique place, furnished with passion and attention to details, a few steps away from the beautiful beaches of Sirolo and Numana.
The guesthouse has 6 rooms, 5 of which are double while one of them can accommodate up to 3 people. The structure has been equipped with all the amenities in order to let you spend a pleasant holiday.

      Accommodation

      the rooms

      Maré Guesthouse has 6 rooms, 5 of which are matrimonial and one was designed for three people. Each room has a private bathroom with shower, TV, Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning that can be operated directly from your own room. This building was designed with attention to the respect of territory and environment, but at the same time structured to be functional and comfortable.

      All rooms have access to a private balcony or a private garden area which, you guests can enjoy undisturbed.

      On the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with all the comforts and is designed to be available from 8:00 to 11:00 and from 14:00 to 22:00.

      Next to the Bed&Brekfast there are several free parking lots. However, if you prefer, for motorcycles and scooters the structure has a large garage which can be used for an extra daily cost of € 8.

      Shuttle Service

      Maré collaborates with the beach facilities “Da Silvio” and “Da Roberto,” which offer a convenient bus transfer service. Upon request, they will pick you up at the Guesthouse and take you to the beaches of San Michele and Sassi Neri.

      Services and Cleaning

      Cleaning and maid service is performed daily and a change of towels every 3 days.

      For stays longer than a week change of linen (sheets / towels) are changed every 5 days.

      Laundry Self Service on request (extra charge).

      We accept small pets in low season and prior approval.

      Check-in and Check-out

      It is possible to check in from 12:00 to 18:00.

      The rooms will be available after 13:00 pm and must be vacated no later than 10:00 am.

      We offer free luggage storage in case of need.

      To make a booking please:
      – Send us an email to info@maresirolo.it containing all of the information regarding the stay.

      – Perform, as a deposit, a bank transfer of the 30% of the total amount of the stay. This payment must be made within 5 days after sending the reservation email.

      Balance

      The balance payment is due upon arrival by credit card, ATM card or cash. The keys will be handed after the balance occurred.

      Please contact me by phone 15 minutes before reaching Maré Guesthouse so that I will be there to receive you upon arrival.

      The Mount Conero is a place that offers an atmosphere of times gone by, at the slope of which rise charming villages that hide numerous rocky gorges as the Two Sisters, the Sassi Neri, Grotta Urbani or La Vela. Enchanting places where the color of the sea changes with the hours of the day

      A sea of ​​shallow water and full of hidden coves where the air smells of salt mixed with a fresh scent of juniper and pine.
      Are indeed blue, green and yellow the colors that this lovely stretch of the Adriatic coas wears during the summer.
